通用型固化平台：功能强大，不仅可用于单组份超级字固化，也适用于反灌树脂字加热固化。让树脂字固化降低到2小时左右，大大提升树脂字的效率。
设备由出胶系统和字体固化系统2部分组合
设备工作总功率为5000W，其中出胶系统功率500W，字体固化系统功率4500W
设备长3M,宽1.6M，高（工作状态1.2M，非工作状态1.83M）
出胶系统可以一次性设置15个字的胶量，用出胶阀上的按钮控制切换字并灌胶
字体固化系统有2种工作模式，一种自动模式，一种手动模式
独立齿轮式灌胶机拥有完全独立灌胶性能，灵活高效，便于挪动，可匹配市面上任何固化平台。
